Mô tả công việc

• Develop highly scalable game/web service infrastructure
• Provide support for troubleshooting of issues related to critical infrastructure components, and customer facing issues as a part of 24/7 support team
• Perform ongoing maintenance and management of systems infrastructure
• Participate in the automation process for installation and configuration of hardware/software for the infrastructure components using tools like Terraform
• Configure autoscaling of servers based on load and potential need
• Plan server resources based on cost and ROI
• Automate processes and implement monitoring tools to ensure maximum uptime for the Production environment
• Utilizing basic cloud tools for reporting
• Setup automated alerting and processes
• Contribute to documentation of processes and procedures

Yêu cầu công việc

• Ability to communicate with clients by spoken English (fluently) 
• Have at least 5 years’ experience maintaining and deploying web services and network infrastructure
• Skilled in various technical disciplines
• Familiar with Cloud provider experience – Amazon AWS, GCP, Azure
• Familiar with setting up and configuring Java and LAMP stack components (Nginx, tomcat etc)
• Familiar with setting up and managing database replication (RDS, MySQL, SQLServer, Mongodb etc)
• Understands setup, configuration, and alerting associated with an enterprise monitoring application (Pingdom, Cloudwatch, Datadog etc)
• Experience and hands-on of TCP/IP, DNS and firewalls. Understands DNS/Bind
• Familiar with PaaS and Linux Container (docker/kubernetes)
• Familiar with the concept of “Infrastructure as Code” and the tools for it (Terraform etc)
• Strong working knowledge of Windows based systems including; Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server
• Scripting skills (bash, PowerShell, python, perl, php, Golang etc)
